Small-batch Cuvèe
“CUV” Spumante Brut Cuvèe
Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G.
From the Valdobbiadene dialect, “riva” is a singular, specific vineyard located on the hills, often with a steep slope. As it’s name suggests, this Rive di Rolle is made with 50+ year-old grapes cultivated in a single vineyard which produces a small-but-mighty crop of fruit resulting in a delectable small-batch CUV.
