Strong straw-yellow colour with marked greenish nuances. A very fine perlage with good persistence.

Medium intensity and elevated subtlety with marked sensations of bread crust and ripe fruit, apple, Williams’ pear, light floral notes of acacia and wisteria.

Meagre, slightly rough, dry, with good structure, moderate length, acidulous with a salty finish.
