An Unconventional Cartizze

Zero wine bottle

“ZERO” Spumante Brut

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G.

A very unconventional cartizze, this wine is typically produced in the dry version, however Duca di Dolle chose to preserve the purity of the glera grape by reducing residual sugar to a minimum and obtaining a cartizze brut that represents the essence of prosecco.
