Strong straw yellow with marked greenish nuances, a very fine perlage with good persistence.

Medium intensity and elevated subtlety with marked sensations of bread crust and ripe fruit, apple, Williams’ pear, light floral notes of acacia and wisteria.

A slightly dry sparkling wine with a good structure, flavour and average persistence. Has acidic expressions and a saline finish.
