An Effervescent Rosé
“ROSE” The Pinot Riva
The pinot riva is among those with the best exposure of the entire Duca di Dolle estate—an unusual grape variety for the area, but one with great potential that gives rise to this unique rosé.
-
Marked with bright ruby reflections, which occur due to the gentle contact between the skin and the wine at a controlled temperature before fermentation.
-
Of great and heady intensity, enveloping and capable of evoking a large floral and fruity bouquet. Notes of white flowers, pink, cyclamen, and violet alternate with nuances of cherry, black cherry, wild blackberry, and blueberries, and oriental references to clove and cinnamon.
-
Immediately enveloping and full of character. Very important initial malic acidity and great freshness marry an intriguing body made of up soft tannins and a final sapidity capable of recalling consumption and imparting excellent pleasantness.
